1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the MOTZI mobile application or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms are entered into between you and Bright Studios, the operator of MOTZI ("MOTZI," "we," "our," or "us").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using MOTZI, you represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

3. Invite Codes and Access

MOTZI is an invite-only platform. Access requires a valid invite code. Invite codes are subject to the following conditions:

• Non-transferable. Invite codes are issued for individual use only. You may not sell, transfer, share, or distribute your invite code to any third party.
• Invite codes may only be used once and expire if not used within the period specified at issuance.
• MOTZI reserves the right to invalidate any invite code at its sole discretion.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@motzi.app if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not create accounts using automated means or under false pretenses. MOTZI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective terms. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated by MOTZI.

Subscription pricing and features may change at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to your active subscription.

6. Motzi Verified — Disclaimer

The Motzi Verified badge is an algorithmic designation based on community data and AI-powered analysis. It is intended to highlight well-regarded Kosher establishments within our community.

Motzi Verified is not a health, safety, or Kashrut certification. It is not a substitute for consulting a competent Kashrut authority regarding a restaurant's certification status. MOTZI makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of Motzi Verified designations. You rely on them at your own discretion.

7. User Content

By submitting reviews, suggestions, or other content through the Service ("User Content"), you grant MOTZI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and improving the Service.

You represent that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. MOTZI reserves the right to remove any User Content at its sole discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute any content from the Service without permission
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content

9. Revocation of Access

MOTZI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently revoke your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Reasons for revocation may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that MOTZI determines to be harmful to the community.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, logos, and technology comprising the Service are the property of Bright Studios or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any part of the Service without express written permission from MOTZI.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MOTZI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOTZI and Bright Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
